This belongs to the University of Salamanca and,
as far as I know it is not exactly a bookplate, but a print aimed to be on a
wall or the like.
It is quite popular nowadays and you can find
copies of it hanged in a lot of private libraries in Spain.
I translate:
There is excomunion
reserved to His Holiness
to any person
that may take, embezzle or by any other
way
alienate any book
parchment or paper
from this library
without being able to be absolved
until it is not perfectly
reintegrated
